Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal electrical items such as the red light therapy cap, glasses, and wand. Additionally, certain items like perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and beauty products are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Orders Outside the UK

For all international orders shipped outside the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties, import taxes, or charges imposed by their local government. If you reject your parcel due to these fees, you will not be eligible for a refund, as you have voluntarily declined receipt of your order and accepted that the parcel may be destroyed by customs.

If you no longer want the item, you may return it to us once received. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a £15.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking costs. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. To cancel your order, simply send the items back to us. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and a £15 deduction will be applied to all EU returns to cover postage and export fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
