UK Shipping

All UK orders qualify for Free Express Delivery, shipped using Evri or Royal Mail depending on service availability.

Royal Mail 24 – Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time) on a working day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

European Union Shipping

EU orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 3–7 working days.

Duties, Taxes & Rejected Parcels

All applicable taxes are included in the price for European Union orders, so no additional import taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

If you reject your parcel for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund, as this is considered a voluntary refusal of the order and may result in the parcel being destroyed by customs.

EU Returns & Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • A £15 deduction will be applied to cover postage and export fees.

International Orders Outside the UK

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International and generally arrive within 3–7 working days.

Duties, Taxes & Rejected Parcels

Customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local government.
If your parcel is rejected due to these charges or any other reason, you will not be eligible for a refund, as this constitutes voluntary refusal, and customs may destroy the parcel.

International Returns

If you receive your order and no longer want the item:

  • You may return it in its original, unused condition.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • A £15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking costs.
