UK Shipping

All UK orders qualify for Free Express Delivery and are shipped using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on service availability.

Royal Mail 24 Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time on a working day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

United States and Australia Shipping

Orders to the USA and Australia are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and generally arrive within 3–7 working days.

All Taxes, Fees and Duties Included

The price paid at checkout includes all applicable taxes, customs fees, import charges and duties. Customers in the USA and Australia will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

USA and Australia Returns

Unwanted items may be returned in their original, unused and unopened condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A £15 deduction will be applied to cover the original shipping, export and restocking costs.

European Union Shipping

EU orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 3–7 working days.

Taxes and Duties Included

All applicable taxes are included in the price of European Union orders, so no additional import taxes or duties should be payable upon delivery.

EU Returns and Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, eligible orders may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A £15 deduction will be applied to cover the original postage and export costs.

International Shipping Outside the UK, USA, Australia and EU

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International and generally arrive within 3–7 working days.
