Shipping & Delivery

We offer fast, tracked delivery across the UK and worldwide. Where applicable, customs duties, taxes and import fees are already included in the price paid at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

UK Delivery

All UK orders qualify for Free Express Delivery and are shipped using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on service availability.

Royal Mail 24 Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time on a working day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

United States & Australia

Orders to the USA and Australia are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and generally arrive within 3–7 working days.

Taxes & Duties Included

The price paid at checkout includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees and charges.

There should be no additional customs or import charges to pay upon delivery.

Returns

Unwanted items may be returned in their original, unused and unopened condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A £15 deduction will be applied to cover the original shipping, export and restocking costs.

European Union

Orders to EU countries are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 3–7 working days.

All applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees are included in the price paid at checkout, so there should be no additional charges upon delivery.

EU Returns & Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, eligible orders may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A £15 deduction will be applied to cover the original postage and export costs.

Rest of the World

We deliver to customers worldwide using tracked postal services where available. Delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, although times may vary depending on destination.
